Our equipment features parental controls to keep track of what your kids are watching, and we do our best to protect your privacy by not collecting personally identifying information about individuals, except when that information is specifically and knowingly provided by them.

S•GO's professional installation service technicians run the wiring from the Network Interface Device (the protector on the outside of your home) to the set-top box located at each of your television sets. But our installers do not program any of your other components like DVDs, home theaters, etc.

To protect your investment, S•GO also offers our customers the security of our Video Protection Plan--which covers equipment replacement, trip charges, and labor--for a small monthly fee.
